I highly recommend Dr Pratik Patel at the Swindon Dental & Implant Clinic. It has been over a year since he completed my bone graft and dental implant treatments, and the results are fantastic. Even though the procedure ended up costing more than my original budget, the exceptional quality of care by the whole team made it completely worth it. Dr Patel’s expertise, dedication, and absolute thoroughness made me feel incredibly safe and well cared for. If you need any dental treatment, this is definitely the place to go.

I cannot put into words how appreciative i am of everyone at Swindon Dental & Implant Clinic. After being hurt in an accident in December resulting in a broken face, missing tooth, 2 impacted and broken teeth and a traumatic ‘emergency fix’ done abroad i did a lot of research to find the right dentist to help me and came across this clinic. Upon emailing and explaining my situation, i was booked in straight away, literally the next day, for a consultation, xrays and to fix the mess my mouth had been left in. Pratik, after hearing about the lack of treatment or care i received following the injury, also did a full check of my face and jaw after i was turned away from the hospital to give me peace of mind. From the moment i entered the clinic i was met with nothing but compassion, kindness and understanding. Being generally very nervous of the dentist and even more wary after the treatment abroad and the PTSD sustained from it Pratik, Gemma and Lucia have gone out of their way from the very first day to make sure i am always okay, understand whats happening, and to make me comfortable enough that i can ask for a break whenever its to much. We went through several options of different fixes, what the pros/cons of each were, what they all entailed and longevity. The choice was ultimately mine but Pratik made sure i had all the information i needed to make the right decision for me. We are nearing the end of my treatment, for now anyway, and i am just so grateful to the team for everything they have done to help me. Everytime i walk through the door i dont feel like just another patient, i feel remembered and welcomed because they genuinely care about you. I would recommend this dentistry clinic to absolutely everyone, whether you just need general dentistry or you've also suffered something traumatic like i did, you will not find any better treatment than here. Ive cried through the majority of my appointments (i am not a crier) and they have always been so kind and understanding, checking if i need to stop, a break or a tissue. I guarantee if i asked for a gold star at the end of an appointment they would go out of their way to get me one, because thats just how kind the whole team are. I genuinely wish i could offer more than just a review but i hope this helps them and anyone who is unsure and needing reassurance, that this is the place to go.

Really nervous of Dentists, but the entire team went out of their way to put me at ease. The Dentist himself, Mr Patel was patient and explained everything very well. I would absolutely recommend this practice for anyone who has a fear of dentists!

I have had an excellent experience with the practice. Starting with a same day emergency consultation after I lost a crown fitted elsewhere. After careful consideration, I subsequently had an implant fitted with all the steps and pros and cons explained transparently along the way. I am delighted with the end result and have moved my whole family to the practice after receiving such great care. Everyone is so kind and welcoming but special shout out to Gemma who has just the perfect blend of compassion, humour and professionalism!
